New Hot Yoga, Belly Dancing & Kids Yoga

Our Hot Yoga is an invigorating signature series of 3 sets of graduated Ashtanga based postures with added heat to maximize your detox and flexibility potential. Our final set offers you the most challenging variations of postures that include ”Chaturangas” (a dropped version of plank position) along with many others to challenge your inner strength. Through repetitive complementary postures, your body & mind fuse with cleansing heat that allows a deeper connection to the postures & your own inner mental barriers. You will love how fun (& sweaty) our Hot Yoga is!
Bellydancing is designed to enhance women’s health, and is perfectly suited to women’s bodies. A gentle yet engaging exercise for any age, bellydance will work your core, strengthen your lower back and tone your arms and thighs. Reunite your spiritual and sensual sides through this ancient art form. Come take your place among a beautiful circle of women, as we support eachother by weaving our stories through dance. No dance experience necessary, and safe for all physical abilities. Teens and children are also welcome to the class, but 12 and under are asked to join with an adult. Special note: You don’t have to show your belly to belly dance. Wearing your yoga pants and a t-shirt is fine!
Kids Yoga is offered Saturdays – 11:45-12:30pm Seasoned yoga instructors Helen & Sasha alternate sharing the beauty and fun yoga offers… capturing the heart and soul of each student as they experience enhanced focus, proper posture and stretches. Each young student is inspired to feel more confident/body aware (5-8yrs) to connect to their inner yogi, as they learn the basics, adding the essential touch of fun to the process!
